November Photo a Day Challenge - Day 6
My sister n law Em had a stall at the Baby Expo over the weekend. I popped a long for a look and bought this gorgeous fairy from her. Em has started making these little beauties using needle felted wool - so clever. I will have to do another post on these to show you all the different ones - the Christmas fairies are just so beautiful.
I love her - she came home with me (the fairy not Em) wrapped in white tissue paper and placed in a brown paper bag - who does'nt love things that come in tissue paper and brown paper bags?!
I'm planning on putting her on our Christmas tree and then will hang her in our room. The detail on her is just amazing. She's holding a wee bunch of flowers and has a flower in her "updo" too.
She is beautiful and what a special touch to add to your tree. I love the whimsical wings and the flower details. Just beautiful!
